Yes there really is an Indian restaurant in St Severin…… I know, you came to France for the exquisite French cuisine….. but we’d be wrong not to tell you about Old Beams as it’s only 3 minutes up the road and open every day, eat-in or takeaway. Handy if you arrive late and need something to eat quick!

If you’re having a takeaway, then phone your order in advance or treat yourself to an Indian beer while you wait for your food to be freshly prepared. Tell them if you like it hot as the French taste for ‘hot’ food is quite mild.
