Front of house Deborah speak perfect English and has a wicked sense of humour, whilst her husband and chef extraordinaire Fabian is behind the scenes in the kitchen. The food is quite simply superb and the pristine white tablecloths and sparkling chandeliers add to the ambience. The cheese board is an experience not to be missed - Deborah explains each cheese in detail and even suggests the order in which they should be eaten. Essential to book.
