To book the gite, please use the enquiry form here and we will respond to you within 24 hours. If your enquiry is urgent, please call on +33 788 24 00 48 (french mobile) or +33 545 780 950 (french landline) but please be aware of the call charges for phoning France. We will then reserve your dates and send you the information you need to make a transfer of a 25% non-refundable deposit in Euros to our bank account.
Banks can make high and often hidden charges for transferring money internationally, so we suggest you consider using a money transfer service such as www.wise.com.
Once the 25% deposit is received, your requested dates will be blocked off.
The balance of the rental must be paid by bank transfer not less than 8 weeks before the starting date of the rental period. Reservations made within 8 weeks from the start of the holiday require full payment at the time of booking.
If a cancellation is made prior to 8 weeks before the arrival date, then you will only pay the non-refundable 25% booking deposit. If the 75% balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to re-advertise the property immediately at a 25% discount. If a cancellation is made after full payment but within 8 weeks before the arrival date and no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date, then 50% of the balance paid will be refunded. If a cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, then no refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend insurance for both medical and personal cover, which includes cancellation, public liability, personal liability, money and baggage, and also for assistance for car breakdown.
Prices are fully inclusive of all bed linen, bathroom/pool towels, electricity etc., plus use of the pool and all general facilities available at Les Cimes des Arbres. An end of stay free cleaning service and the local Taxe de Sejour or 'tourist tax' are also included in the rental charge. Guests staying longer than 7 nights can be provided with fresh bedding and towels once a week if they require them.
Occupancy of Les Cimes des Arbres and its facilities is strictly limited to 2 people at all times.
The minimum rental period is 7 nights and changeovers are on a Saturday.
Unless otherwise agreed, we would kindly ask that you arrive at Les Cimes des Arbres no earlier than 4pm and leave no later than 11am on the morning of departure. Please do ask if you would like a later or earlier departure/arrival as this may well be possible at certain times of the year.
Les Cimes des Arbres is strictly non-smoking. We are sorry but the gite is for couples only and is not suitable for anyone under 18 or with babies or pets. Please note that we have a small dog at the property but he does not have access to the gite or it’s outside areas.
The gîte can be available for longer term rental out of peak season, for example for property seekers or those with family or friends in the area. Please contact us to discuss rates and availability.
By booking with us, you agree to be a considerate tenant and to take care of the gite and its contents. Although a final clean is included in our prices, we would kindly ask that you leave it reasonably clean and tidy at the end of your stay. In the event of breakdown of any equipment, please report it to us and repairs will be effected as soon as possible. We will not be liable for any temporary stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment or appliance. We will also not be liable for any problems due to adverse weather conditions or other matters beyond our control.
